Before booking an appointment with me,
please take a moment to read these policies.
They will answer most of your questions and give you a clear
understanding of my process and the way I work.
The first step is to send me a tattoo request form with the necessary details. Please include a few inspiration images, the desired size (in inches), and the placement you have in mind — without this information, I’m not able to provide an accurate quote.
Once I receive your request, I’ll get back to you within 1–5 days with all the details.
I respond to new inquiries on Tuesdays and Fridays, so please check your spam folder if you don’t see a reply.
You will receive an email with my ideas for your project, an estimated price, and a link to the online booking calendar — so you can make a calm and informed decision before booking.
• How to Book
I ask for a deposit upon booking and until the deposit is received, the appointment isn’t scheduled and the date and time will be open to others who have inquired. Once the deposit is received I will block out a determined amount of time to tattoo you.
To secure your appointment, a $100 deposit is required.
The deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.
If you choose a date without a deposit, I can hold it for up to 24 hours.
Payment methods:
Zelle, CashApp, or cash.
Once the deposit is received, I’ll send you the studio address and all
the details about your appointment.
Rescheduling & Cancellations:
If you need to reschedule, I ask that you let me know at least two weeks before your appointment so I can fill the original slot.
If you cancel, deposits are non refundable, but you can transfer the deposit to a friend of yours who may be interested in getting tattooed.
If you’ve rescheduled after you’re original reschedule, or without two weeks notice, I will need to collect another deposit.
If you cancel late or do not show up, the deposit is forfeited.
This policy protects my time and ensures fairness for all clients.

• Guests Policy
Cozy Tattoo Studio is a small, private space, designed to create a calm and comfortable experience. For this reason, I ask that you come to your appointment alone, without guests, children, or pets.
Tattooing requires focus, precision, and your full connection to the process. Additional people can be distracting and disrupt the calm atmosphere of the session.
Maintaining concentration, sterility, and quality is very important to me.
Thank you for your understanding.
• Design Process
All designs are prepared in advance (unless it’s a freehand project), so I can fully focus on quality and details during your appointment.
Small adjustments can be made on the day.
I work on designs closer to your appointment date. If your session is booked in advance, please expect your design shortly before your appointment. For larger projects, designs may be shared earlier.
I also like to add certain details freehand during the appointment, if the composition allows and you’re open to it.
Cleanliness and safety are a top priority at Cozy Tattoo Studio.
All supplies are single-use and disposable, and everything is opened in front of you. All equipment and surfaces are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and sterilized before and after each session. I always work with new, single-use gloves, and all safety standards are regularly inspected and certified in Colorado.
This ensures a clean, calm, and safe environment where you can fully relax and trust the process.
• Sterilization & Hygiene
I work with fixed pricing rather than hourly rates — I don’t measure my work by time, each project is priced as a whole, because every tattoo process is different. People have different pain tolerance, skin reactions, and needs for breaks — none of that fits into an hourly system. You’re paying for the result, quality, and experience, not for a timer.
You’ll always know the full cost upfront — no surprises.
A full day session is $1500. These rates are valid for 2026. The cost of a tattoo depends not only on size, placement, and design complexity. It also reflects the artist’s experience, licensing, ongoing education, studio standards, sterilization, and a deep understanding of anatomy — along with many other factors that ensure the quality and longevity of the work.

• What I Don’t Offer
Finger, hand, and palm tattoos
Foot tattoos
Face and genital tattoos
Realism / portraits
I focus on work that heals well and maintains its quality over time.
Our skin is living and constantly changing, and not every area can hold pigment the same way it looks right after the session. Because of this, I choose placements that allow the tattoo to age beautifully and remain clean, soft, and refined over time.
• After Your Appointment
After your session, I will apply a protective waterproof bandage (Second Skin / Derm Shield) to your fresh tattoo. It helps protect your skin from dust, bacteria,
and pet hair during the first stage of healing.
You will also receive detailed written and verbal aftercare instructions.
I’ll walk you through everything in person and provide you with an aftercare kit, including aftercare cream. I’ll be there to support you throughout the healing process and answer any questions you may have :)
I recommend keeping the rest of the day free after your session, and ideally the following day as well. Your body needs time to recover, just like after any physical stress. You may experience fatigue or a slight increase in temperature — this is a normal response. Rest and recovery are an important part of the process.
І completely understand that life happens, and I'm always try to take any circumstances into account.
In these stories, I just wanted to clarify my general booking policy. You can always ask me any questions, and I'lbe happy to help.
Thank you for reading!
Tattoo Contraindications.
Before booking, it’s important to make sure that getting a tattoo will be safe for you. This isn’t just a formality — it’s about caring for your health and how your tattoo will age over time. If you have any medical conditions or contraindications, let’s calmly discuss them in advance.
Temporary contraindications:
(you’re always welcome to come back once everything feels better).
If you’re feeling sick (cold, flu, fever)
Your body is already working hard to recover, so it’s best to give it time before getting a tattoo.Skin flare-ups (eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, etc.)
When the skin is irritated or inflamed, it won’t heal as nicely. It’s better to wait until everything calms down.If you’re taking antibiotics, blood thinners, or immunosuppressants
These can affect healing and your body’s response, so I recommend finishing the treatment first.Menstruation
Tattooing is still possible, but you may feel more sensitive than usual — just something to keep in mind.Alcohol or substances
For your safety and best results, I only work with clients who are fully sober.Sunburn or recent tanning (within 2 weeks)
Sun-damaged skin needs time to recover before it can be tattooed safely.Recent vaccination (within 2 weeks)
Your immune system is actively responding, so it’s best to wait a little before your session.
For Your Safety, There Are Situations Where I’m Unable to Work:
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Your body is going through major changes, and your immune system works differently. Healing can be unpredictable, and the stress of the procedure isn’t necessary right now.Age under 18
Even with parental consent. The skin is still growing and changing, and decisions at this age are often impulsive. A tattoo is a conscious choice for life.Blood disorders and clotting abnormalities
Any clotting disorder makes the process dangerous — bleeding can be severe, and healing long and problematic.Cancer
Your body is fighting the disease, and your immune system is weakened. A tattoo is an additional burden that may worsen your condition.HIV, Hepatitis B and C in the active phase
If you have any of these diagnoses, please let me know before booking. I work in fully sterile conditions, but your health and safety are my priority.Epilepsy
Stress, pain, and prolonged immobility can trigger a seizure. This is dangerous both for you and for the process.Mental health disorders in the acute phase
If your condition is unstable right now, it’s better to postpone. A tattoo requires clarity and confidence in your decision.Keloid scars and tendency to form them
If you’ve developed keloids after cuts, burns, or piercings before, a tattoo may cause the same reaction. Skin response is unpredictable, and the result may be far from what you expect.
